My name is Linda Bergström and I’m looking for opportunities in librarianship. I have a master with a major in Library and Information Science. Me and my co-workers thesis is about male librarians and their experiences of working within a female-dominated profession. The title of the thesis is “Manliga folkbibliotekariers upplevelser av att jobba inom ett kvinnodominerat yrke” and you find it here.
I would like to work in a library because it’s a fantastic institution where everybody may find something they like. If I were to work in a library I would on a daily basis use my social skills and my interest in tutoring media and information literacy. I’m a humble and organized person who works conscientiously.
